What information we collect

If you register as a landowner: your name, phone number, email (optional), city, land size, address/landmark, map location, ownership type, road frontage, power connection status, what commercial arrangement you're looking for (lease, revenue share, or open to either) and any rent/lock-in expectations, any notes you add, and any photos you upload.

If you register as a Charge Point Operator (CPO): your company name, contact person, phone number, email address, GST number, and your city/state of interest.

We also set a small cookie in your browser so we can recognise you across visits — for example, so a CPO's "Request contact" clicks are tied to their registration, so our admin login stays signed in, and so you can stay logged into "My account" after clicking an emailed login link.

How we use it, and your consent

We use this information to show landowner listings to CPOs (without exposing phone numbers directly), to log "Request contact" interest, to send you confirmation emails about your own listing or registration, and to let our team follow up manually to connect landowners and operators. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Each form asks you to actively confirm you agree to this before submitting, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your information (see "Your rights" below) — this won't affect anything already agreed between you and another user before the request.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in a managed database (Supabase) hosted in Singapore, and the site itself runs on Vercel's hosting infrastructure. Both are reputable infrastructure providers used by companies worldwide; we don't operate our own servers.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@presight.space. We'll action reasonable requests promptly, and in any case within 30 days.

We keep listing and registration information for as long as your listing or registration is active, plus up to 24 months after (in case a landowner and operator are still in touch about a deal), or until you ask us to delete it sooner, whichever is first.

Changes to this policy

As Presight grows, this policy may be updated. We'll change the "last updated" date above whenever we do, and material changes will be reflected here directly.
