What Presight is
Presight is a marketplace that helps landowners with space suitable for EV charging connect with Charge Point Operators (CPOs). We provide the platform for listing sites and expressing interest; we are not a party to any lease, sale, or installation agreement that landowners and CPOs may enter into with each other.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law to use Presight. If you're submitting a listing or registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
Accuracy of information
Landowners are responsible for the accuracy of the details they submit about their land. CPOs are responsible for the accuracy of their company details, including their GST number. At this stage, Presight does not automatically verify listings or company registrations — our team may follow up manually, but we don't guarantee the accuracy of any information submitted by users.
No guarantee of outcomes
Requesting contact or listing a site does not guarantee a deal, lease, or installation will happen. Presight facilitates introductions; the terms of any agreement between a landowner and a CPO are entirely between those two parties.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false, fraudulent, or misleading listings or company information. We may remove listings or registrations that appear fraudulent, abusive, or spam, at our discretion.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of any text, photos, or other content you submit (like listing photos or descriptions). By submitting it, you grant Presight a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of connecting landowners and operators. You confirm you have the right to share whatever you submit, and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Fees
Using Presight is currently free for both landowners and operators. We may introduce paid features (for example, priority listing visibility or a fee tied to successful introductions) in the future. If we do, we'll announce it clearly in advance — nothing changes retroactively or without notice.
Limitation of liability
Presight is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including as to uptime or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presight is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from agreements or interactions between landowners and CPOs made through the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Presight harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your listing or registration content, or your violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Presight grows. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we do.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
